Massapequa Cape, Modern Coastal Transformation

What began as a modest Cape has been completely reimagined into a stunning two-story home that blends classic Long Island charm with modern design.

This renovation added a full second floor, restructured the roofline with multiple gables, and introduced an inviting covered front porch that enhances curb appeal while maintaining the warmth of the original Cape.

The exterior features gray Hardie-style siding with crisp white trim, architectural roof shingles, and black-framed windows that deliver a timeless coastal look. Professional landscaping and a clean white vinyl fence complete the picture, giving this home a polished, upscale presence from every angle.

Inside, the layout was expanded to create open living areas, larger bedrooms, and a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and great room. Every inch was rebuilt with attention to detail from the structural framing to the final finishes showcasing Forman Construction’s craftsmanship.
